Building Services on Holidays
Cleaning
Should your cleaning currently be provided by the landlord, your routine cleaning will not be performed in your designated space on the evening of a Building Holiday. If you wish for your space to be cleaned on a Holiday, please contact Guy Lepore of Alliance Maintenance at (212) 947-7800 or at glepore@alliance.us by 4:00PM of the last business day prior to the Holiday. Please be advised additional charges will occur for this service.
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Cooling
All requests for "After Hours" (any time outside the designated Building Operating Hours) for heating, ventilation and air conditioning must be submitted to the Building Management Office through Building Engines by 4:00PM prior to the date of requested service. Please note additional service requests may be billable.
The office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
