Security
Alliance Security officers are on duty in the Lobby 24/hours a day. The role of the officers is to assist tenants in screening visitors and authorized building employees. Suspicious packages entering or exiting the Building may be searched at the discretion of Alliance Security officers. Tenants leaving the building with large parcels will require Package / Equipment Pass, printed from Building Engines. The officers are also available to assist in the event of an emergency and can be reached at (212) 883-2084.
